The service includes: - Identifying the German reference profession based on international classifications - Determining the responsible recognition authority - Creating a personalized document checklist - OCR-based verification of uploaded diplomas

3. No Legal Advice

The information provided through Echivaleaza does not constitute legal advice and does not replace individual consultation with licensed advisors or authorities. Results are based on publicly available data sources and serve orientation purposes only.

4. Free Service (B2C)

The core features of Echivaleaza are permanently free for end users. There are no hidden costs or subscription fees. We reserve the right to introduce additional paid services, which will be clearly marked as such.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the documents you upload. Echivaleaza is not liable for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate input.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echivaleaza is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided, which is sourced from publicly available external databases. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Romanian civil law (Codul Civil). We are not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by external sources or by the user.
